We use only the finest ingredients. Raw sugar from local farms in Michigan. Chocolate from Blommer's in Chicago. Butter from local dairy farms in Wisconsin and Illinois. Everything is kept local as much as possible to ensure quality and freshness. We then take these ingredients and produce our candy by hand as much as possible. We do this because we feel it gives us superior quality control and a better product for our customers.
Pemberton Candies was started in Arlene Schmidt's kitchen in 1983. From those humble beginnings we have grown into the small candy company that we are today located in Lockport, Illinois. As a family run business we pour our hearts into the candy that we make so that you have a real treat when you spend your hard earned money on our products.
